Kelly has held professional certifications as both a salesforce.com Certified Administrator and an Oracle-Eloqua Certified Consultant since 2009.
Rik Cavazos, Campaign Manager, began working as a data and configuration assistant for Firefly Consulting in 2012 and made the move to Campaign Manager in 2016. He is skilled in Eloqua asset configuration and visual design, including proficiency in HTML and Adobe Photoshop, and his attention to detail and deadlines, combined with his fun personality and excellent client skills, make him an ideal campaign execution partner for your marketing team.
Jennifer Coviello, Campaign Manager, has worked in the marketing industry in various capacities, including marketing plan strategy, project management, development, and grant writing.
